Fruit-Infused Waters for Radiant Skin

Lifestyle & Wellness

Hydrated skin looks and feels better. A good moisturizer helps, but drinking enough fluids is just as important. Eat water-rich fruits and vegetables like watermelon, strawberries, grapefruit, cucumbers and celery, and drink plenty of water (BestHealth).

Fruit-Infused Waters for Radiant Skin

Water also supports your overall health. It aids digestion and natural detox, and not drinking enough can cause headaches and muscle or joint aches (MindBodyGreen).

Plain water can get boring, especially when sweeter drinks are available. To make hydration more fun and tasty, try these simple fruit- and herb-infused water recipes.
