Celebrate with Eminence Organics

On Saturday, June 10, more than 100 countries will join in celebrating Global Wellness Day. This day is about encouraging healthier, happier lives—a mission that fits perfectly with Eminence Organics’ commitment to natural wellbeing. Here are three simple ways we practice wellness at Eminence Organics—and how you can, too.
1. Choose Organic
Eating natural, organic foods that are free from pesticides and harsh chemicals is a great step toward better health. Whether you buy organic at the store or grow your own, adding fresh, organic foods to your diet supports a healthier lifestyle.
We also pay close attention to what goes on your skin. Our products use high-quality ingredients sourced from organic farms around the world, including the Eminence Certified Organic Farm in Hungary. They’re free from added parabens, petrolatum, mineral oils, propylene glycol and sodium lauryl sulfate.
2. Practice Self-Care
Wellness includes caring for your mind as well as your body. Try meditation, keeping a gratitude journal, or other simple mindfulness activities.
At Eminence Organics, we show our skin some love with natural, organic and Biodynamic® masks—many team members enjoy a relaxing mask treatment to recharge. If you’d rather leave skincare to professionals, visit one of our Green Spa partners for a soothing spa day that benefits both you and the environment.
3. Exercise Regularly
Regular exercise boosts energy, lowers stress and improves overall health. If time is tight, add a walk to your lunch break or join coworkers for a quick workout after work.
Our team meets for a weekly run to stay motivated together. We’ve taken part in events like the Vancouver Sun Run, and some team members even completed the Ironman 70.3 in Victoria, B.C. in support of the Eminence Kids Foundation. Whatever your routine, follow up exercise with a simple post-workout skincare step to keep your skin healthy.
We’d love to hear how you’ll mark Global Wellness Day—share your plans in the comments or join the conversation on social media.
