Karen called her stay a once-in-a-lifetime experience and kindly agreed to a short interview about her time at the resort:
Can you tell us about yourself?
I’m Karen Coigne from Doylestown, PA, and I work as a senior sales manager.
How did you find out you won, and how did it feel?
I heard a voicemail from Eminence Organics and called back right away. I was so excited to learn I had won the grand prize. Funny enough, when I entered the contest I told my son we were going on an amazing spa vacation—I’ve always believed in Eminence Organics! The first thing I did after finding out was call my son, then all my friends.
What was your first impression when you arrived at Eau Palm Beach?
Everything was so well organized. I’d always wanted a driver holding a sign with my name at baggage claim, and that’s exactly what happened. At the hotel, the PR manager greeted us by name, offered champagne, took our luggage, and gave us a tour. The place was beautifully designed by Jonathan Adler—design touches appeared everywhere, blending luxury with a relaxed feel. I felt calm and relaxed immediately.
What were a few unforgettable moments from your stay?
The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. The staff—hostesses, wait staff, and front desk—knew us by name. Our ocean-view room with a balcony looked over a pool and lush gardens where I did morning yoga.
Can you tell us about your Eminence Organics facial at the spa?
My treatment began with the Eminence Organics Cranberry Pomegranate Sugar Scrub, followed by a bubble bath in a private garden surrounded by plants and a waterfall. Then I had a deep tissue massage. I’ve had many facials, but none left my winter skin so plump and hydrated for weeks afterward. They used several products including Bright Skin Licorice Root Booster-Serum, Hibiscus Instant Line Filler, and Bright Skin Moisturizer. I had been using the Firm Skin Acai Moisturizer, but after the facial I switched to Bright Skin Moisturizer to keep the glow and hydration.
How did the experience make you feel?
I felt like a movie star—given full VIP treatment. My body, mind, and spirit felt renewed. From now on, the only facials I want are those using Eminence Organics—the same products I use at home.
How did you feel at the end of your visit?
We were sad to leave after four days but thrilled by the whole experience. I’d recommend Eau Spa and an Eminence Organics facial to anyone who has the chance. The spa was amazing—I could have stayed a week!
