Blueberries and soy are one of our favorite combos for skin care. Blueberries are full of antioxidants and plant nutrients, and our non-GMO soy provides isoflavones and vitamin B. Together they create a blend that refreshes and deeply rehydrates skin. Why not turn this tasty pairing into a summer treat? Cool off on hot days with these blueberry soy popsicles — a simple frozen dessert that’s delicious and good for your skin.

Blueberry Soy Popsicles
Ingredients:
300 g non-GMO organic soft tofu
1/4 cup organic maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup organic blueberries
Small handful of organic blueberries (for the final step)
Instructions:
1. Blend the tofu, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Pour the thick tofu mix halfway into the popsicle molds.
3. Add the cup of blueberries to the blender (reserve a small handful for later) and blend until smooth.
4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the molds almost to the top.
5. Drop 2–3 of the reserved blueberries into each mold and use a chopstick to push them toward the bottom.
6. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
You’ll end up with pretty, layered popsicles to sweeten your summer.
