Drink Your Goodness
Skip alcohol and processed sugar. Fill your meals with fruits, vegetables and fiber instead. Try this detox smoothie to get started:
– 2 bananas
– ½ cup frozen berries
– 2 tbsp hemp protein powder
– 1 handful spinach
– 1 peeled kiwi
– 2 cups almond milk
– 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
Use organic ingredients when you can. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Detox Your Brain
Sleep isn’t just beauty rest — it also helps clear waste from the brain. A 2012 study discovered the “glymphatic system,” which removes toxins while you sleep. Aim for about eight hours a night so your brain can do its nightly cleanup and you can wake up refreshed.
