What is Biodynamic®?
Biodynamic® means “life in motion and balance.” It was introduced as a farming method by Rudolf Steiner in Europe in the 1920s. Biodynamic® farming works with nature—following seasonal cycles and considering the rhythms of the earth, stars, and moon—to grow healthy crops. It reflects age-old farming practices.
