The Smoothie Bowl Recipe That Will Transform Your Breakfast Routine

Ingredients
Smoothie base:
– 3/4 to 1 cup almond milk
– 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
– 1 tbsp organic coconut oil
– 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (we used blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries)
– 1 cup fresh organic spinach
– 1/2 cup ice

Topping:
– 1 large banana, cut into thick slices
– 1/4 cup fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, and/or strawberries)
– 2 tsp sliced raw almonds (or crushed walnuts or pecans)
– 2 tsp raw pumpkin seeds
– 1 tbsp dried goji berries
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 1/2 tbsp your favorite organic granola and/or coconut flakes

Instructions
1. Add the almond milk, flaxseed, berries, spinach, coconut oil, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth. If needed, add more almond milk to help blend.
2. Pour the smoothie into a medium bowl.
3. Arrange the banana, extra berries, nuts, seeds, goji berries, chia, and granola or coconut flakes on top. Feel free to get creative!
4. Serve right away and enjoy.
